Here at Go On, each month reflects how we understand technology in practice: connected to people, integrated into processes, and aligned with the real challenges of the business.
March followed exactly this path. More than just an agenda of initiatives, it was a month of consistent advances in how we strengthen our culture, expand our presence in strategic discussions, and prepare for relevant market changes.
Because, in the end, technology only makes sense when it accompanies people.
Women's Month: A month of listening, care, and recognition.
Throughout March, we held a discussion circle on women's experiences, creating a space for active listening and genuine exchange among female employees. We also conducted a lecture focused on women's mental health, broadening the perspective on care in the workplace.
We closed this cycle with a celebratory coffee and the distribution of personalized gifts.
More than just isolated actions, these initiatives reinforce our commitment to an environment where people feel respected, heard, and welcomed, fostering a sense of belonging and building a more conscious and inclusive culture.

Flu vaccination, care that also translates into practice
We conducted flu vaccinations at the office, facilitating access to immunization for those present in the operational routine. For those who chose to get vaccinated externally, we structured a reimbursement model, ensuring equity in access to care.
With this, we reduce barriers, encourage prevention, and contribute to a safer environment, directly reflecting on people's well-being and the healthy continuity of operations.

Presence at the Smart City Expo Curitiba and Pinhão Talks Podcast
March was also a month of active presence in relevant spaces for exchange and knowledge building.
We participated in the Smart City Expo Curitiba, engaging in discussions about innovation, technology, and urban development. During the event, we were also on the Pinhão Talks podcast, with a conversation focused on artificial intelligence and the future of work.
These movements reinforce our positioning as a company connected to market transformations, constantly seeking to anticipate trends and turn knowledge into real value for clients and partners.
Tax reform, continuous preparation for changes
Internally, we continue to advance on one of the most relevant topics for the coming years: tax reform.
Throughout March, we held meetings focused on the changes expected for 2026, analyzing impacts, reviewing scenarios, and structuring next steps.
This movement allows us to operate with more predictability and security, both internally and with our clients, ensuring a more structured and strategic transition in light of the changes.
March practically reinforces how Go On conducts its decisions and relationships.
We seek to create impact: to create an environment where people want to be, strengthen our culture, and ensure that we are prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
