Go On turns 11 years old
August marked a very special date for Go On: we completed 11 years of history.
These are 11 years built by people, challenges, learnings, and many transformations. Along this journey, we have witnessed changes in the market, evolved alongside technology, and learned from each experience.
We thank everyone who is part of this journey, our team, clients, and partners who help build Go On every day.
Go Move takes the team to the sand
The project Go Move gained a new setting in August: the sand.
On the 1st, our team gathered for a beach volleyball match that turned into a competitive event! With the presence of families, cheering, and several matches, the gathering ended with the definition of the champion team.
Go Move aims to encourage the practice of physical activities and health care in a light and fun way.
Presence at Codecon Summit 26: Technology is also learned by living
August was also a month to put knowledge into motion. Our team participated in the Codecon Summit 26, in Curitiba, over two days of lectures, challenges, dynamics, games, and exchanging experiences with technology professionals.
Participation in events like this broadens references, presents new perspectives, and creates opportunities for the knowledge acquired to be brought back to our daily lives. Go On was represented by Cauã Brylkowski dos Santos, Thiago Bardelli, Jaquelina Rossi, Luis Guilherme Lima, Veronica Machado, Nathan Fornaro da Silva, Diego Ronca, Caio Fodra, Lucas Sekikawa, Luís Gustavo Pazin Sandri, Bernardo de Sousa Garcia, Andre Caires, Natalia Manosso, Vinicius Roderjan, Vinícius Weigert, and Kelvi Moacir. Thus, development also happens outside of routine: in conversations, experiences, and connections that help us continue evolving.
Go On present at FEBRABAN TECH 2026
Go On was also present at the FEBRABAN TECH 2026, in São Paulo, represented by Mirella Frare Festa and Mariana Prince.
Considered one of the main technology and innovation events in the financial sector, the meeting brings together companies, specialists, and leaders to discuss the transformations impacting the market. In 2026, topics such as artificial intelligence, intelligent agents, and the evolution of financial services are among the main highlights of the program.
The presence of Go On at the event reinforces our commitment to closely follow the transformations in the market, expand connections, and seek new knowledge that contributes to the evolution of our business.
New connections at Expo+Industry
We were also present at the Expo+Industry 2026, held in Pinhais-PR, with Mirella Frare Festa, Mariana Passos, Mariana Prince, and Luana Cardoso representing Go On.
Promoted by Fiep, the fair brings together companies, specialists, startups, and suppliers around themes such as technology, Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, productivity, management, and innovation. The event also features business rounds and opportunities for connection between companies.
For Go On, being present in these spaces means following the transformations that impact our clients and the market, as well as strengthening relationships and broadening our view of the challenges and opportunities in the industry.
A space to talk about mental health
August also brought an important conversation for our team.
Go On held a lecture on men's mental health, led by Warley Gandra, as well as an open discussion for employees.
The initiative created a space for information, listening, and sharing experiences on a topic that deserves more and more attention.
Creating space for this type of conversation is also part of building an environment where people can feel welcomed and comfortable sharing experiences.
Celebrating together at the Monthly Meeting
Our monthly meeting in August took place in the Vale do Pinhão. The gathering was an opportunity to bring the Curitiba team together, celebrate 11 years of Go On, and share experiences.
Moments like this help keep the team connected, bring different areas closer, and reinforce the importance of being together to build the next steps.
A special day for Go On parents
August was also a month to celebrate those who play the role of a father.
On Father's Day, we congratulate all the fathers at Go On and recognize the importance of also celebrating the stories and relationships that are part of each person's life in our team.
