October was a month of meetings, celebrations, and initiatives that reinforced different aspects of our culture. Among integration activities, moments of relaxation, knowledge sharing, and care actions, we continued creating opportunities to bring people closer and build experiences that go beyond the work routine.
Go Move: concluding activities in motion
October marked the conclusion of the activities of Go Move, bringing the Go On team together for an afternoon of sports and integration.
This time, the program included basketball, dodgeball, and volleyball, providing moments of fun, movement, and interaction among employees. Together, we celebrated Children's Day, a time for the little ones to play and interact. Go Move reinforces the importance of finding light and fun ways to encourage well-being and coexistence among people.
Halloween at Go On: creativity and fun in the office
Halloween also found its place at Go On, with a themed party in the office and a lot of creativity in the costumes chosen by the team.
The celebration even included a vote to elect the favorite costume. And, as every competition deserves a worthy prize, the winning person took home a special trophy: the Capivamp, a vampire capybara created for the occasion.
Among fantasies, vows, and good laughs, the initiative brought a relaxed moment to the routine and showed how small celebrations can bring people closer and make the work environment even lighter.
Knowledge in technology: Go On sponsor of the AWS event at Vale do Pinhão
In October, Go On sponsored an event from Amazon Web Services (AWS), held at Vale do Pinhão in Curitiba.
The meeting addressed aspects of cloud application development, connecting stages such as writing and versioning code, continuous integration and delivery processes, and the availability of applications and content through AWS services.
Being close to these discussions helps to broaden our references and keep up with the evolution of technologies that are part of the challenges of our projects.
Pink October: a space to talk about women's health
On Friday, October 30th, we promoted a discussion circle about women's health, as part of the initiatives related to Pink October.
The meeting opened space to share information, experiences, and reflections on an important topic, encouraging dialogue and awareness about health care. Caring for people also means recognizing the importance of these conversations and keeping the topic of health present beyond awareness campaigns.
Go On Bingo: a happy hour to connect the team
Even while working remotely, we always seek new ways to bring the team together and create moments of relaxation. In October, the Go On Bingo was one of those opportunities.
In an online happy hour, the employees gathered on a call to participate in a round of bingo with prizes, conversations, and surprises throughout the meeting. The dynamic brought a bit of the excitement of a traditional bingo to the virtual environment, creating opportunities to interact with colleagues.
Children's Month: solidarity that transforms
Children's Month was also an opportunity to encourage solidarity and mobilize our team in a social action.
In October, Go On promoted a donation campaign for the Antônia Home, an institution that welcomes children referred by the Judiciary. The ongoing initiative invites employees to contribute to the action.
This period reminds us of the importance of looking beyond our routine and recognizing that we can contribute.
We continue building together
October brought together different experiences, but connected by something in common: the importance of people and the relationships we build daily.
Whether in a sports activity, a celebration at the office, an online meeting, a technology event, a conversation about health, or a solidarity action, each initiative opened space to learn, share, and be closer to one another.
