April was a month of movement around here.
Among new connections, initiatives that mobilized the team, and decisions that reinforce our way of building, we continue to move forward.
Easter Initiative with ACRIDAS
It was a month of internal mobilization. We carried out our Easter social action in partnership with ACRIDAS, with the participation of the Go On team in a collective initiative.
The campaign enabled the donation of baby mattresses and Easter baskets for the children, the result of a joint effort that involved different people from the team.
This is a record of a movement that happens naturally when the team engages for a cause.

Easter in Go On
In addition to the social action, we also had an internal moment.
We delivered Easter eggs to the employees, a simple gesture, but one that is part of caring for the team in day-to-day life.
Small movements that help build the environment we believe in.

Sebrae Inovação Aberta
We participated in Sebrae Open Innovation, an event that promotes connections through reverse pitching, where companies share their challenges and open space for new ideas to come into play.
Go On was represented by Israel Lima, Jaquelina Rossi, Juliano Grendene, Marcos Alberto Schlichting Junior, and Thiago Bardelli.
Alongside companies like Cibra, CSN, Herbarium, Tequaly, Volvo Group, and Grupo MM, it was an opportunity for listening, exchanging, and understanding real demands.
These are the spaces that broaden vision and create new possibilities.

Partnership with Hospital Pequeno Príncipe
This month, we became a supporting company of the Pequeno Príncipe Hospital.
An institution that has been doing essential work in child and adolescent health for decades, impacting the lives of thousands of children and families every day. Being close to an initiative like this makes sense to us.
We continue together, supporting this cause and everything it represents.

NR-1 and day-to-day responsibility
April also brought to light a topic that has been part of our culture for longer than any regulatory update could determine: NR-01.
The changes in the regulation have arrived, but they did not catch us by surprise. Organization, clarity in processes, and responsibility in the workplace are not responses to an obligation; they are values that already guide our daily lives.
The adjustment was natural because the path was already being paved. We continue to evolve, with attention to the safety and well-being of people, not because we are required to, but because we believe that this is how a healthy environment is built: from the inside out.

We keep moving forward
While all this was happening, we continued with our projects, evolutions, and deliveries. April was yet another month of building with learnings, adjustments, and advances that do not always show, but are part of the journey.
We move on!
