June at Go On: a month of connections, learning, and collaboration
    Go On, Mariana Passos

June was yet another month that reflected, in practice, what is part of the Go On culture: people, development, and collaboration.

Throughout the month, we promoted initiatives focused on learning, sharing experiences, well-being, and team integration, reinforcing our commitment to building an environment where different perspectives contribute to collective growth.

    Generational diversity and professional development

In celebration of Diversity Month, we held an important reflection on careers and generations in the workplace. On June 11, we welcomed psychologist Fabiana Reis from Zenklub for a talk about the challenges, opportunities, and learnings that arise when different generations share the same professional space.

Complementing this initiative, on June 18 we held an open discussion with our employees, creating an environment of listening and sharing experiences. The meeting allowed different experiences to be shared, strengthening respect, empathy, and appreciation for the individual journeys that make up our team.

We believe that diversity goes beyond profiles and experiences: it is present in the way we learn from each other and build better solutions together.

    Sharing stories and learnings

Another special moment of the month was the participation of directors Mahmoud Al Sayd and Allexandre Nishioka Teodoro in the Stoix Podcast.

During the conversation, the directors shared the journey of Go On, the challenges faced over the years, and the lessons that marked the building of the company. The episode also brought reflections on digital transformation, strategy, and the importance of maintaining the human essence amidst constant technological evolutions.

    Recognition that strengthens our culture

June was also marked by a large volume of recognitions among employees and clients.

We received several messages highlighting attitudes, deliveries, support among teams, and contributions that made a difference in day-to-day life. These moments reinforce something we deeply value: recognition, which is a way to strengthen relationships, encourage development, and celebrate achievements.

Each shared message demonstrates that consistent results are built by people who collaborate, support, and grow together.

    Solidarity that generates impact

Our traditional Winter Social Action mobilizes employees in a wave of solidarity in support of Amigas Fazendo o Bem.

Health, movement, and quality of life

The encouragement of well-being is also present in our routine. We entered the World Cup spirit with our internal competition, through Go Move: the Go On World Cup, where teams compete for points through physical activities.

Each recorded activity turns into points for the team, and the healthy competition strengthens not only the habits of caring for the body and mind but also the spirit of collaboration among everyone. More than a competition, GoMove is a reminder that quality of life, health, and teamwork go hand in hand.

    Integration and moments of relaxation

We closed the month with our monthly meeting, which this time brought insights about an important project.

After the meeting, we enjoyed a special moment of integration with our traditional Arraiá Go On. Among typical foods, relaxation, and a lot of interaction among the employees, we reinforced one of the most important aspects of our culture: building long-term relationships.

    Moments of integration and cheering

And, to complete the celebratory atmosphere, we also entered the sporting spirit of the FIFA World Cup 2026 with an internal "bet" style system without financial wagers. The platform emerged as an internal and spontaneous initiative created exclusively to promote fun, engagement, and integration among participants.

    We continue building together

Each initiative carried out throughout June reinforces what we believe at Go On: great results are built by people connected by purpose, respect, collaboration, and a desire to continuously evolve.

We continue investing in actions that strengthen our culture, stimulate development, and make our environment increasingly human, innovative, and welcoming for everyone.
