The month of May was marked by moments of exchange, learning, and strategic alignment at Go On. Among initiatives focused on people, participation in innovation events, and internal development actions, we continue to strengthen our DNA based on humanization, strategic vision, and versatility.
May Monthly Meeting
We held our in-person monthly meeting in the pine nut valley on May 28, with the goal of updating the entire team on the current scenario of each area of Go On, as well as sharing perspectives and directions for the future.
These meetings are part of our culture of transparency and alignment.

Mother's Month Actions
For Mother's Month, we promoted two special moments dedicated to exchange, listening, and reflection on motherhood and career.
On May 15, we had a lecture led by Daniele Nazari from our partner Zenklub, bringing important reflections on the challenges, learnings, and experiences that accompany the journey of balancing professional life and motherhood.
In addition, on May 22, we held a discussion circle on motherhood, creating a welcoming space to share experiences, perspectives, and real stories.
We believe in the importance of creating environments where people feel heard, supported, and represented.
São Paulo Innovation Week 2026
On May 14, Go On was present at São Paulo Innovation Week 2026, following debates and trends on artificial intelligence, automation, technology, and digital transformation.
The company was represented by Suzan Silva Ribeiro, Israel Lima, Carlos Alexandre Goldoni, Marcos Alberto Schlichting Junior, David Davino, and Juliano Grendene.
The event provided moments of great learning and connections, reinforcing Go On's commitment to innovation, constant updating, and strategic market vision.
NR-1 in effect
This month, the update of NR-1, a standard related to safety and health guidelines at work, also came into effect. This month we remain committed to good practices, as for Go On, it was just a matter of documenting what we experience in our daily lives. Respect, recognition of people, and long-term relationships.
Internal AI Training
Accompanying the technological transformations that have been impacting the market and corporate processes, our technical team participated in an internal training focused on artificial intelligence. Reinforcing the company's commitment to continuous development, professional updating, and innovation applied to operations.
The initiative aimed to expand knowledge and keep up with the technological transformations that have been impacting the market and corporate processes.

We continue to invest in knowledge, people, and innovation to build increasingly strategic and efficient solutions!
