September was a month marked by initiatives that reinforced the importance of looking at people, strengthening our connections, and continuing to build, together, the culture of Go On.
Throughout the month, we promoted conversation spaces about mental health, shared knowledge about financial education, brought the team closer through new initiatives, and continued investing in understanding and strengthening our culture.
An open space to talk about mental health
In September, we held a conversation circle about mental health, creating an open space for employees to share experiences, perceptions, and reflections.
The proposal was to provide a moment of listening and exchange among the team, valuing different experiences and reinforcing the importance of building an environment where people feel comfortable to talk.
Creating these spaces is also part of the care for those who build Go On every day.

Yellow September: mental health at work
As part of the Yellow September actions, we also welcomed Ana Rizzi for a lecture on Mental Health at Work, held on September 22.
The meeting brought reflections on the importance of taking care of mental health also in the professional environment and recognizing how well-being is part of building healthier work relationships and routines.
The initiative complemented the conversation held and reinforced the importance of keeping this topic present not only in September but throughout the year.

GoDay: sharing a bit of our routine
As a large part of our team works remotely, finding new ways to bring people closer is part of our challenges and also of our culture.
On September 24th, we held the GoDay, an initiative that invited employees to share a bit of their day through photos.
Moments of work, breaks, coffees, pets, and small records of the routine helped to show a little more about who is on the other side of the screen. The proposal was simple: to create closeness even at a distance and allow the team to get to know a little more about each person's daily life.

Knowledge also for financial life
September also opened space for a topic that is part of everyone's life: financial organization.
We received Pedro Pauletti, for a lecture on Financial Education, bringing information and guidance to support employees in building a more conscious relationship with their finances.
A iniciativa faz parte do nosso olhar para o desenvolvimento das pessoas de forma mais ampla, entendendo que aprendizado e qualidade de vida também vão além do ambiente profissional.
Building together the culture of Go On
Another important movement was the Mapping of the Culture of Go On.
The team was invited to participate through a questionnaire. Listening to the people who live the culture day by day is essential for understanding where we are, recognizing what is already part of our identity, and identifying opportunities to continue evolving.
Afinal, cultura é construída diariamente pelas pessoas, pelas relações e pelas escolhas que fazemos juntos.
Go On at the AWS Summit São Paulo
September was also a month of learning and connection with the technology ecosystem.
A Go On esteve representada por Thiago Bardelli e Rodrigo Domenice no AWS Summit São Paulo, evento promovido pela Amazon Web Services e voltado à troca de conhecimentos sobre tecnologia, cloud, inteligência artificial e inovação.
Participating in events like this allows us to keep up with new technologies, understand different perspectives, and bring references that can contribute to the challenges and projects that are part of our daily lives.

Go On at AWS in Curitiba
We were also present at the event of AWS in Curitiba, expanding our participation in events that bring together professionals, specialists, and companies from the technology ecosystem.
These meetings are important opportunities to follow trends, exchange experiences, and strengthen connections with people and organizations that are also building new solutions and exploring different possibilities for innovation.

We continue to strengthen our connections
September showed that development can happen in different ways: in a lecture, in an open conversation, in the exchange of experiences, at a technology event, or even by sharing a small moment of the routine with colleagues.
Each of these initiatives contributes to building a Go On that is more connected, aware, and close to people.
We continue to create spaces to learn, share, care, and evolve together, strengthening a culture that is built every day by those who are part of our story.
